Overheard is a platform for sharing user-submitted content, including screenshots, opinions, and commentary ("User Content"). We do not review, verify, or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of any User Content. All content is the sole responsibility of the user who submitted it.

By using the App, you agree that you will not rely on any content found on Overheard as verified, factual, or endorsed by us. By submitting content to Overheard, you represent and warrant that:

• The content does not contain false, harmful, abusive, or unlawful material.

You agree that:

• Overheard does not verify the accuracy or origin of any content.
• We are not responsible for the veracity, legality, or consequences of the content submitted by users.
• You are fully liable for any harm, legal issues, or disputes that arise from the content you post.
